Many people have told us that our sake tastes better when served in a traditional Japanese sake cup, so we wanted to give you the opportunity to try it out at the taproom! This Sunday, August 25th from 1-5pm, we’ll be pouring KSW in traditional Hagi Yaki ceramics handcrafted by Japanese pottery artists from Hagi city in Yamaguchi (some of these potters will even be at the taproom to toast with you!). To complement this unique experience, our friend Yumi will serve Kawara Soba, a grilled soba noodle dish hailing from the same region in Yamaguchi.
