Our year was filled with really hard work, loads of laughter, sharing sake to ease the pandemic pains, and getting to meet our community at the door. Kanpai to our first year open and many more to come. Let’s Party!

To celebrate, WE MADE A BIRTHDAY PRESENT!
Say hello to our Anniversary bottle, a beautifully delicate Shizuku Sake しずく酒. In this traditional method, we captured the finest drops from the mash by patiently allowing gravity alone to do the work. (Think pour-over drip coffee compared to a french press method.) Once bottled, we had so much fun dipping into wax and applying our labels that were inspired by the cherry blossom bloom happening this time of year in NYC. Here’s a behind the scenes look into our process:
