Wishing You a Very Happy New Year!

2021 was a very special year for our brewery...

We celebrated our First Anniversary, started a tastings and tour program, attended a few too many parties, made loads of new friends, and officially outgrew our space, so- if you haven’t heard- we’re expanding!

Thanks for all of your support this year and we can’t wait to make more sake in 2022. We’ll be spending this New Year’s Day toasting with friends and family and then eating so much Osechi.

WE MADE OTOSO AGAIN <

Otoso 屠蘇 is a traditional Japanese beverage made by infusing sake and/or mirin with a blend of healing herbs and spices. It’s meant to be shared with friends and family first thing on New Year's Day and we’ve made our own KSW blend to enjoy- as a gift from us to you.

We’re open this Friday from 3-7 if you want to stop by and get your packet + any NYE sake bottles!

(Instructions/recipe are included with the packets, but we went more in-depth on the subject in last year’s newsletter here :)
